HR Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding in compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Manage payroll activities and validate employee data, allowances, and deductions for accurate salary processing.
• Oversee vendor management, payment coordination, invoice verification, and coordination with finance teams.
• Administer health insurance renewals and support payroll coordination.
• Perform other HR-related duties assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience in the UAE, with hands-on exposure to onboarding, offboarding, and payroll.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, visa and immigration procedures, and HR compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business and operational needs.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Compensation

• Pay is up to AED 5,000 per month.

Workplace

• The work location is in person.
