Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees, building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees, facilitating training sessions and promoting a high performance culture
- Efficiently manage end to end HR operations and the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
- Provide support in recruitment processes by ensuring alignment with workforce planning needs
- Maintain and implement effective onboarding and offboarding programs
- Support the effective execution of performance review cycles, including calibration processes and development initiatives
- Coordinate training programs by identifying employee development needs and ensuring timely delivery of learning initiatives
- Support budgeting cycles and monthly forecasting processes by providing accurate data and insights
- Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and continuous optimization of HR data, systems, and organizational structures
- Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines and ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HRIS systems management and data reporting (SAP Success Factors experience is a plus but not mandatory)
- Performance management cycles knowledge

Job Description

- Efficiently manage end to end HR operations and the employee lifecycle, ensuring full compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Provide support in recruitment processes by ensuring alignment with workforce planning needs and enabling a timely hiring of qualified candidates
- Maintain and implement effective onboarding and offboarding programs that ensure smooth employee transitions
- Support the effective execution of performance review cycles, including calibration processes and development initiatives
- Coordinate training programs by identifying employee development needs in partnership with business units
- Support budgeting cycles and monthly forecasting processes by providing accurate data, insights, and coordination
- Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and continuous optimization of HR data, systems, and organizational structures
- Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan
Academic Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
