Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Prepare and extend job offers and negotiate employment terms
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs and networking events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 1+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- English & Hindi (Preferred)

Job Overview
