Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role in Dubai
- In depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Fluency in Hindi/Urdu and English
- Own sponsored visa
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM CP) is a plus

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to facilitate successful integration into the organization.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and engagement.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures, in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity within the market.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees on various HR related matters.
- Stay abreast of changes in labor legislation and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Drive initiatives to promote employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion within the organization.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement organizational development initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to assess HR effectiveness and inform decision making processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role in Dubai, with at least [X] years of progressive HR experience.
- In depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is essential.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, trends, and technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM CP) is a plus.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
Compensation
- Basic Salary: 5000 + incentives
- Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
