HR Internship – Dubai
- Nexus Migration, a Dubai based immigration consultancy, is looking for a disciplined, confident, and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team.
- The selected candidate will support the HR department in recruitment, employee coordination, attendance follow ups, documentation, onboarding, internal communication, and day to day HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other hiring platforms.
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews, follow ups, and joining updates.
- Support the HR team in screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate data.
- Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, attendance tracking, and basic HR records.
- Help in preparing HR messages, announcements, warning letters, offer letters, and internal communication drafts.
- Coordinate with team members and management for daily HR related updates.
- Maintain discipline, confidentiality, and professionalism while handling employee related matters.
- Support the HR team in day to day administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of HR, recruitment, and employee management.
- Must be disciplined, punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and basic computer work.
- Confidence to speak with candidates and employees.
- Ability to manage follow ups and maintain proper records.
- Freshers or students interested in HR, recruitment, and office management can apply.
- Own laptop would be preferred.
