Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in telecom/ISP/field workforce hiring.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (job portals, LinkedIn, networking, campus hiring).
- Ability to handle high-volume hiring under strict timelines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools/ATS.
