The role is an HR Recruiter responsible for recruitment activities supporting real estate positions.
The position covers sourcing, selection, onboarding, compliance, employer branding, and recruitment reporting.

Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from identifying staffing needs through onboarding.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for real estate sales, leadership, and administrative roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and assess cultural fit.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate pipelines.
- Support employer branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Ensure hiring practices comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience in the UAE real estate industry is required.
- Strong understanding of real estate roles and market dynamics is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruitment, job portals, and social media sourcing is required.
- Fluency in Arabic is required.
- English is a plus.
