Role Overview
A marketing agency is seeking an organized, creative, and energetic Events Coordinator.
The role manages the coordination and execution of client events and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate events from start to finish.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers, venues, and internal teams.
- Manage event logistics, timelines, budgets, and on-ground execution.
- Source and coordinate with suppliers and event partners.
- Ensure smooth event execution and handle last-minute challenges.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in events or event management in Abu Dhabi.
- Fluent Arabic and strong English communication skills.
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi events and vendor market is highly preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 6,000–10,000 per month.
