Role Description

  • The HR Recruiter and Generalist role at E11 Agency is a part time, remote position focused on supporting the full employee lifecycle.
  • Day to day tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • The role also involves supporting onboarding activities, maintaining HR records, and assisting with policies and procedures to ensure a positive and compliant employee experience.
  • The HR Recruiter and Generalist will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, contribute to employer branding initiatives, and help improve HR processes and workflows.
  • This position requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience with recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and selection.
  • Knowledge of HR fundamentals such as onboarding, employee records management, HR policies, and basic employment compliance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Solid organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple priorities in a remote setting.
  • Comfort with digital tools and platforms used for recruitment, HR administration, and remote collaboration (e.g., ATS, HRIS, video conferencing, productivity suites).
  • Previous experience in a creative, media, or digital agency environment is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, non discriminatory HR practices and a positive employee experience.
