- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, contribute to employer branding initiatives, and help improve HR processes and workflows
Requirements
- Experience with recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and selection
- Knowledge of HR fundamentals such as onboarding, employee records management, HR policies, and basic employment compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Solid organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple priorities in a remote setting
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms used for recruitment, HR administration, and remote collaboration (e.g., ATS, HRIS, video conferencing, productivity suites)
- Previous experience in a creative, media, or digital agency environment is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, non discriminatory HR practices and a positive employee experience

Role Description
