E11 Agency is looking for a Freelance Retoucher to join their creative team on a project basis. The role involves high-end image retouching for automotive and hospitality sectors, including color correction, compositing, and image optimization.

Responsibilities
- Professionally retouch and enhance images for digital and print use
- Perform advanced color correction, color grading, and exposure adjustments
- Remove imperfections, unwanted objects, reflections, and distractions while maintaining a natural and realistic finish
- Create clean image cut outs, masking, background removal, and compositing when required
- Retouch automotive photography, ensuring vehicles appear polished while maintaining accurate colors and details
- Retouch hospitality photography, including hotels, restaurants, food & beverage, interiors, architecture, and lifestyle imagery
- Maintain consistency across image sets according to client and brand guidelines
- Optimize and export final assets for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, digital campaigns, and print
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting agreed deadlines
- Collaborate with photographers, graphic designers, account managers, and the creative team to deliver high quality work
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Professional Retoucher or Photo Editor
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high end retouching work
- Previous experience working with automotive and hospitality brands is essential
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and/or Capture One
- Strong understanding of lighting, color management, composition, and image aesthetics
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and manage freelance assignments within agreed timelines
- Excellent communication skills and responsiveness

About the Role

- The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail and extensive experience in high end image retouching, particularly within the automotive and hospitality sectors.
- You will work closely with our photographers, designers, and creative team to produce visually compelling images that meet the highest quality standards.
