Job Summary
Manage UAE government-related corporate relations and internal HR processes in Dubai.
Support government portals, visa and licensing pipelines, compliance, and employee lifecycle operations.
Public Relations Responsibilities
- Process, renew, and track transactions across Tasheel, Amer, GDRFA, MOHRE, Dubai Economy, and free zone portals.
- Execute employee visas, labor cards, residence permits, cancellations, quotas, medical bookings, and trade license renewals.
- Monitor UAE labor laws, ministerial decrees, and local regulations and provide executive compliance updates.
- Represent the company to immigration, labor ministries, ministries of foreign affairs, and law enforcement.
- Maintain physical and digital records of permits, trade registries, leases, and statutory documents.
Human Resources Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, background verification, and contract processing.
- Maintain personnel files, HR databases, performance milestones, and employee status changes.
- Assist with HR policies, employee manuals, and performance review materials aligned with UAE Labor Law.
- Audit leave and attendance records and provide accurate monthly datasets to the finance payroll team.
- Resolve minor workplace disputes, schedule team engagements, and conduct exit interviews.
Required Qualifications
- Professional or native bilingual fluency in Arabic and English, including legal transcription.
- Three to five years of hands-on PRO experience in Dubai.
- At least two years of HR administration or corporate operations experience.
- Practical proficiency with Tasheel, Amer, MOHRE, GDRFA, and smart gates.
- Working knowledge of UAE Labor Law, immigration codes, and free zone regulations.
- Advanced Microsoft Office and HRIS skills, with strong confidentiality and negotiation capabilities.
Pay
- AED 5,000 to AED 7,000 per month.
Work Location
