Job Summary
Own facility operations across client sites, including physical building systems, security services, cleaning teams, service levels, budgets, and regulatory compliance.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee MEP, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, commercial cleaning, physical security, waste management, and landscaping services.
- Manage security deployments, guard monitoring, crowd control, cleaning hygiene systems, deep cleaning schedules, and chemical usage.
- Negotiate contracts, manage service providers, monitor SLAs, and handle client service escalations.
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules using CAFM systems.
- Develop and manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets, track expenditures, control overtime, and drive cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, fire safety, EHS standards, chemical handling rules, and security licensing requirements.
- Manage scheduling, shift tracking, and field training for security guards, cleaning technicians, and site supervisors.
- Support energy efficiency, water conservation, and carbon footprint reduction goals.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least five years of proven facilities management experience.
- Strong background overseeing high-volume commercial cleaning operations and physical security services.
- Deep familiarity with BMS, CAFM or CMMS platforms, and workforce scheduling tools.
- Ability to manage, schedule, and motivate large, diverse field-based security and cleaning teams.
- A valid driver's license is required for frequent client site visits and quality audits.
- CFM, NEBOSH, or specialized security management and health certifications are highly valued but not mandatory.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 4,000 per month.
