Responsibilities
- Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees
- Verify attendance, overtime, leave, deductions, and other payroll related data
- Calculate salaries, allowances, bonuses, and final settlements
- Process employee reimbursements and salary adjustments
- Ensure payroll is completed accurately and within deadlines
- Maintain and update employee personal and payroll records
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information
- Monitor annual leave, sick leave, and other leave balances
- Verify attendance records and coordinate with department managers regarding discrepancies
- Coordinate visa, QID, medical, and labor related documentation
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information
- Support audits and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR and payroll experience in Qatar
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and payroll regulations
- Experience handling payroll for 100+ employees preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/Payroll software
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
