Requirements

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR professional certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Government Relations certification or relevant professional accreditation is advantageous.
  • Experience
  • 5–8 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Minimum 2–3 years in a HR supervisory role.
  • Experience in HR Operations, employee administration, payroll coordination, employee services, and labour law compliance.
  • Experience handling government relations and regulatory compliance activities within Saudi Arabia.
