Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role in supervision,
  • Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
  • Understanding of youth development, discipline, and welfare.
  • Working Conditions:
  • Night shift-based role with flexibility required for weekdays and weekends.
  • Must be available for overnight stays at the residency.
  • May involve responding to emergencies at unusual hours.
