About the Role

  • Looking for a proactive and hands on HR & Operations Manager to join the Dubai office.
  • Operational backbone of the local team, overseeing day to day office management, HR administration, and people operations.
  • Reports directly to the General Manager and works closely with HR Operations Managers across Malaysia, Thailand, Cyprus, and Colombia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, facilities and equipment management
  • Lead the upcoming office relocation planning, coordination, and execution
  • Manage and mentor the Admin Specialist in the Dubai office
  • Handle general administrative tasks and assist departments with operational procedures
  • Research and liaise with vendors and suppliers
  • Handle petty cash and support with preparing financial reports
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for staff
  • Manage HR admin tasks including employee records, leave tracking and document management
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour laws and company standards
  • Coordinate to facilitate employee visa processing and guide employees throughout the application journey
  • Oversee onboarding and adaptation processes
  • Develop, implement and reinforce HR policies and procedures

Requirements

  • BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in office management, HR operations or HR admin roles
  • Deep understanding of Dubai's Labour market and best hiring practices
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour laws; experience with UAE visa processes
  • Experience in fintech industry will be a plus
  • Proactive, with an independent working style and a can do attitude
  • Confident and steady in high pressure situations
  • Experience with HRIS tools (e.g. BambooHR) is a plus
