- Demonstrated ability to manage Employee Relations, including supporting conflict resolution, handling employee concerns, and promoting a positive, inclusive work culture
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with HR information systems and standard office productivity tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi

Role Description
- The HR Operations Manager is a part time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi.
- This role is responsible for overseeing day to day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with internal policies.
- The HR Operations Manager will support the development, implementation, and periodic review of HR policies and procedures that align with local labor regulations and organizational values.
- Responsibilities include managing employee relations matters, supporting performance management processes, coordinating benefits and leave administration, and advising managers on HR best practices.
- The role will also involve collaborating with leadership on workforce planning, assisting with recruitment and selection processes, and contributing to HR projects that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting organizational goals through effective people practices.
- Hands on experience in HR Operations and HR Policies, including process implementation, documentation, and compliance with applicable labor laws.
- Demonstrated ability to manage Employee Relations, including supporting conflict resolution, handling employee concerns, and promoting a positive, inclusive work culture.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency with HR information systems and standard office productivity tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.
- Experience in non profit, international, or mission driven organizations, ideally within policy, education, or social impact sectors, is a plus.
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple priorities in a part time schedule, and maintain confidentiality and professional integrity.
