Job Overview

  • We are looking for an experienced and detail oriented HR Operations Executive to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in day to day HR operations, payroll processing, attendance management, employee onboarding, HR documentation, policy implementation, and PRO coordination.
  • Must have solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law, compliance procedures, and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end HR operations and ensure smooth day to day HR administrative processes.
  • Handle employee attendance, leave management, and timesheet tracking accurately.
  • Process monthly payroll, salary calculations, deductions, overtime, and payroll records.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, salary certificates, warning letters, and other HR documents.
  • Manage complete employee onboarding and induction process for new joiners.
  • Maintain and update employee files, HR database, contracts, and confidential employee records.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies, company procedures, and internal compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with PRO team for visa applications, labour contracts, renewals, Emirates ID processing, and other government related requirements.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and company HR policies.
  • Support employee relations by responding to HR related queries and resolving operational concerns.
  • Manage employee offboarding process including final settlement, documentation, and exit formalities.
  • Generate regular HR reports related to payroll, attendance, manpower, leave records, and employee updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 6 years of HR Operations experience in UAE market.
  • Arabic speaking is mandatory.
  • Strong experience in payroll processing and attendance management.
  • Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance procedures.
  • Experience in employee onboarding, documentation, HR operations, and policy management.
  • Exposure to PRO processes and government related employee documentation.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential employee information professionally.
  • Must be available to join immediately.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HRMS and Payroll Software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and coordination ability.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced corporate environment.

Pay

  • AED 4,000.00 AED 5,000.00 per month.
