Responsibilities
- Manage end to end HR operations and ensure smooth day to day HR administrative processes
- Handle employee attendance, leave management, and timesheet tracking
- Process monthly payroll, salary calculations, deductions, overtime, and payroll records
- Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, salary certificates, warning letters, and other HR documents
- Manage complete employee onboarding and induction process for new joiners
- Maintain and update employee files, HR database, contracts, and confidential records
- Implement and monitor HR policies, company procedures, and internal compliance standards
- Coordinate with PRO team for visa applications, labour contracts, renewals, Emirates ID processing
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and company HR policies
- Support employee relations by responding to HR related queries and resolving operational concerns
- Manage employee offboarding process including final settlement, documentation, and exit formalities
- Generate regular HR reports related to payroll, attendance, manpower, leave records, and employee updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 6 years of HR Operations experience in UAE market
- Arabic speaking is mandatory
- Strong experience in payroll processing and attendance management
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance procedures
- Experience in employee onboarding, documentation, and policy management
- Exposure to PRO processes and government related employee documentation

Job Overview
- We are looking for an experienced and detail oriented HR Operations Executive to join our team.
- The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in day to day HR operations, payroll processing, attendance management, employee onboarding, HR documentation, policy implementation, and PRO coordination.
- Must have solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law, compliance procedures, and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities

Pay
- AED 4,000.00 AED 5,000.00 per month.
