What you'll be doing

As an HR Operations Trainee, you will work closely with the HR Operations Department and support the team in delivering day-to-day HR administrative and operational activities. Your main responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

Issuing HR letters and assisting with the translation of official documents.

Attending, documenting, and translating documents when required.

Supporting the onboarding process for new joiners, including: Preparing welcome materials, Coordinating employee ID card issuance, Collecting required documents.
