- Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
- Previous experience in the education or school sector is preferred
- Experience in payroll administration and attendance management is an advantage
