Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid teaching qualification/license
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, including leadership experience in an Early Years or Kindergarten setting
- Experience with international curricula is preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and problem solving skills
- Commitment to student centered learning and continuous improvement
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
