About the Role
Property Shop Investment LLC is seeking an HR Operations Officer (Arabic Speaker) in Abu Dhabi to manage employee lifecycle, HRIS, payroll support, compliance, and employee queries.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate end to end onboarding (contracts, system access, orientation) and offboarding (clearances, final settlements) procedures
- Maintain highly accurate digital and physical employee records in internal databases
- Support payroll preparation by validating attendance, leaves, deductions, and assisting with benefits administration
- Ensure all HR processes follow local regulations (e.g., UAE Labor Law) and generate reports on key HR metrics like turnover and headcount
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers to resolve queries regarding policies, leave balances, and benefits
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of proven experience in HR operations, administration, or generalist roles
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Deep understanding of local employment laws, statutory requirements, and visa/labor processes (particularly critical for UAE based companies)

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Deep understanding of local employment laws, statutory requirements, and visa/labor processes (particularly critical for UAE based companies).
Compensation
- Pay: AED5,000.00 AED6,000.00 per month
