We are seeking an HR Officer to support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. The role requires 2-4 years of HR experience, knowledge of UAE Labour Law, and proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant departments
- Prepare Offer Letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation
- Conduct employee orientations and ensure smooth integration of new hires
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
- Prepare HR letters (salary certificates, NOC, employment verification, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
- Assist in visa processing, renewals, and other government related procedures
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Support in resolving workplace issues in line with policies
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR events
- Assist in the performance appraisal process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of HR software is an advantage
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Job Overview
- The HR Officer is responsible for supporting the day to day operations of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, HR administration, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant departments.
- Prepare Offer Letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Conduct employee orientations and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Prepare HR letters (salary certificates, NOC, employment verification, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law (or applicable country law) and company policies.
- Assist in visa processing, renewals, and other government related procedures (if applicable).
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
Performance Management & Training
- Assist in the performance appraisal process.
- Support in identifying training needs and coordinating learning & development programs.
- Maintain training records and monitor employee development.
Payroll & Benefits Support
- Collect, verify, and process attendance and leave records.
- Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data.
- Assist with benefits administration (insurance, allowances, etc.).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of HR software is an advantage.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Pay
- AED3,000.00 AED4,000.00 per month
