Responsibilities
- Coordinate the Recruitment process
- Create and maintain secure and confidential HR databases and filing systems
- Serve as a point of contact for new hires with questions arising during the onboarding process
- Participate in the relocation of all overseas hires, including flight bookings, airport pick up and hotel accommodation
- Coordinate with Payroll, Compensation and Benefits to ensure registration and administration of employee benefit programs
- Process the new hire orientation program
- Process contract renewals, resignations, terminations and probation completions
- Provide advice, guidance and interpretation on the application of HR programs, policies and procedures
- Professional development initiatives for UAE National employees
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Superiors
- Maintain employee records and Filing
- Documentation
Requirements
- 1 2 Years HR Experience in UAE
- Fluent in English language and Negotiation
- Proven work experience in Administration
- Good knowledge of UAE Laws
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills

Job Description

Qualifications
- 1 2 Years HR Experience in UAE

- Excellent organizational skills

- AED 2,500.00 AED 3,000.00 per month
