Responsibilities
- Manage the transportation of 300+ employees across multiple locations using a fleet of 35+ vehicles
- Plan, assign, and coordinate daily transportation schedules and driver assignments
- Oversee vehicle maintenance, repairs, registration renewals, and related documentation
- Monitor traffic violations and ensure timely processing and payment of fines
- Coordinate employee accommodation arrangements, including allocation and occupancy management
- Conduct regular accommodation inspections to ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and maintenance standards
- Liaise with PROs regarding visa applications, Residence Permit renewals, employee transfers, and secondment contracts
- Ensure timely renewal of all employee Residence Permits and maintain compliance with local regulations
- Maintain accurate filing and record keeping of employee and vehicle documentation
- Support the administration and renewal of company group insurance and workmen’s compensation policies
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure efficient operational support
- Prepare and maintain reports related to transportation, accommodation, vehicle utilization, and employee documentation
Requirements
- Experience in transportation management and vehicle fleet coordination
- Knowledge of vehicle registration (Istimara) and traffic fine processing
- Experience in employee accommodation management
- Knowledge of visa applications, Residence Permit renewals, and PRO liaison
- Strong organizational and record keeping skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
