Role Overview
Support human resources operations in Abu Dhabi for a construction and contracting company.
The role requires knowledge of UAE labour regulations, HR administration, recruitment, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Manage job postings, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Support payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, employee data summaries, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and government portal activity with PRO.
- Support employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
- Assist with performance management, training coordination, and HR initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional HR standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required.
- Two to five years of HR experience in the UAE is required.
- Construction or contracting HR experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, HR policies, and HR best practices is required.
