Responsibilities
- Handle employee onboarding, probation, confirmations, transfers, and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and final settlements
- Coordinate with P.R.O for employment visas, renewals, cancellations, and other government related documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies
- Respond to employee queries and support employee relations initiatives
- Prepare HR reports, manpower reports, and monthly HR metrics
- Manage end to end recruitment activities, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding
- Coordinate training programs and employee engagement activities
- Liaise with management and other departments to ensure smooth HR operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations within the UAE
- Arabic and English language proficiency is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa processing
- Experience in payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

Job Summary
- We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Operations Executive to manage daily HR functions and support the complete employee lifecycle.
- The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE, strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, and excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
