We are looking for a proactive and organized Assistant Operations Manager to support daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow across membership and mobile service operations.
Job Purpose
Oversee overseas membership and mobile service models, ensuring efficient service delivery through proper staff deployment, resource allocation, and operational control.
The role focuses on maintaining high customer satisfaction for subscription and on-demand services while ensuring profitability and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Assist in scheduling and deploying staff for membership locations based on customer demand
- Track memberships, monitor service usage, and coordinate with customer service for renewals and inquiries
- Ensure mobile units are dispatched efficiently and reach customers within agreed service times
- Handle inquiries and complaints from membership customers, ensuring quick resolution
- Compile reports on membership usage, mobile service efficiency, and customer feedback for management
- Ensure all cash collections are completed and deposited on time
- Conduct site visits as required and provide feedback and feasibility reports
- Ensure all tools and equipment meet company standards
- Perform regular site visits and maintain communication with key client personnel
Skills & Qualifications
- Languages: Good English communication
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in operations management, preferably in a service-based industry
- Operational Expertise: Experience managing multiple locations or mobile units is an advantage
- Customer Service: Strong understanding of customer service, logistics, and staff management
- Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
