Role Overview
The HR Manager will lead the transformation of the Human Resources function for a transportation and logistics company.
The role will develop HR strategies, policies, and systems that support business objectives and comply with Saudi Labor Law.
The position covers HR operations across transportation, freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, and supply chain activities.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the HR function and oversee HR operations across the organization.
- Assess the current HR function and implement a comprehensive HR development plan.
- Develop HR policies, procedures, internal regulations, organizational structures, job descriptions, reporting lines, and delegated authorities.
- Lead workforce planning, recruitment, selection, onboarding, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and Ministry of Human Resources requirements.
- Lead investigations, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, training initiatives, and HR team development.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for executive management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- At least eight years of progressive Human Resources experience and five years in an HR Manager or equivalent leadership role are required.
- Professional certification such as CIPD, SHRM, SPHRi, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, construction, manufacturing, or operational industries is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, government HR platforms, HR governance, and core HR processes is required.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, HR systems, Excel, and reporting skills are required.
- Fluency in Arabic and a good command of English are required.
