- Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to separation
- Lead recruitment activities for technical, engineering, and administrative positions
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
- Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave records, and end of service benefits
- Manage visa processing, labour contracts, and all HR related government procedures
- Maintain employee records and HR reports with complete accuracy
- Support management with manpower planning and organizational development
- Develop HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives
- Work closely with department managers to support business objectives

Job Overview
