Responsibilities
- Lead end to end recruitment across technical, commercial, and operational functions
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top tier candidates
- Build and strengthen employer branding initiatives across multiple channels
- Manage onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate quickly and effectively
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives
- Partner with leadership to support organizational planning and workforce growth
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Support employee relations while fostering a high performance culture
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to leadership for strategic decision making
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, regulations, and HR governance requirements
- Support compensation, benefits, and performance review processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources & Talent Acquisition
- Experience working within fast growing startups and technology companies
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices
- Proven track record of successfully hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels
- Experience building HR processes, frameworks, and scalable people operations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities
- Strong bilingual communication skills (Arabic & English)
