Role Overview

Serve as the Human Resources Manager for Hilton's pre-opening Dammam Airport hotel.

Oversee the hotel's daily HR function and support a positive hospitality workplace culture.

HR Operations

  • Manage recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management.
  • Ensure HR operations comply with corporate policies and applicable federal or local regulations.
  • Manage team member data, employment transitions, reporting, and unemployment claims.

Employee Engagement and Team Leadership

  • Lead recognition programs, special events, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Recruit, train, coach, supervise, and mentor HR team members.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.
  • Recognize achievements and build a motivated, high-performing team.
