Partner with leaders to build the capability, culture, and structure needed for continued growth.
What you will be responsible for
- Act as a trusted HR partner to senior leaders and provide advice supporting business and people outcomes.
- Lead workforce planning and organisational development initiatives.
- Own the employee experience and strengthen engagement, retention, and culture.
- Lead organisational change initiatives and support leaders through growth and transformation.
- Provide guidance on complex people matters using a balanced and commercially sound approach.
- Review and improve HR frameworks, processes, and ways of working.
Experience and capabilities
- Strong HR generalist experience, ideally within a professional services environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- A pragmatic, commercial, and solutions-focused approach.
- Ability to operate strategically while also working comfortably in detail.
- Ability to build trust and credibility at all levels of the organisation.
