Role Overview
Lead all human resources practices and processes for the organization.
Support business needs through workforce development, employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and government regulations.
Experience and Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive.
- At least 3 years of experience in the UAE events and exhibition industry.
- Practical knowledge of UAE Federal Labour Law and its Executive Regulations.
- Familiarity with governmental HR systems and employment authorization processes.
- Experience with HR metrics, analytics, interpersonal relations, negotiation, and presentations.
- A BS or MS degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent SHRM/CIPD certification, is stated as an alternative qualification.
Compliance and Labour Relations
- Ensure compliance covering contracts, working hours, leave, end-of-service benefits, and occupational health and safety.
- Issue and renew employment documentation and work authorizations through government systems.
- Oversee the mandated payroll and compensation mechanism for timely, compliant salary payments.
- Handle labour authority inquiries, inspections, disciplinary procedures, and terminations.
