Job Scope

Th HR Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and integrating the functions of Human Resources (People & Culture), Administration and Legal Affairs.

This role ensures organizational effectiveness, operational excellence, and compliance while fostering a sustainable talent pipeline and aligning people, processes, and systems with IPT Energy’s mission and growth strategy.

People & Culture (Hr)

· Lead the design and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

· Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement.

· Drive culture-building, diversity, and change management initiatives across the company.

· Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.

· Develop Learning & Development programs and succession planning frameworks.

· Monitor HR metrics and oversee HRIS systems for accurate reporting and analytics.

Administration

· Supervise administrative operations including facilities, office management, and corporate services.

· Ensure cost-effective procurement and management of office assets and supplies.

· Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal/external standards.

· Oversee workplace safety and operational efficiency across all company locations.

Legal Affairs

· Liaise with internal and external legal counsel for contracts, compliance, labor law, and regulatory issues.

· Support drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to protect company interests.

· Ensure timely renewal of licenses, registrations, permits, and other regulatory filings.

Leadership & Strategic Planning

· Develop annual departmental strategies, budgets, and performance objectives.

· Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams under HR, Admin, Legal, and IT.

· Promote a high-performance, inclusive, and ethical workplace culture.

· Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on people, compliance, and operational matters.

Education**

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.

Master’s Degree in HR, Business, or related discipline preferred.

Experience**

10+ years of progressive HR and Administration experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Experience in energy, oil & gas, or related industries preferred.

Strong exposure to legal compliance and corporate governance.

Competencies**

Strategic thinking with strong business acumen.

Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team development skills.

Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law and regulatory frameworks.

Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.

High integrity, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.

Proficiency in HRIS, ERP systems, and MS Office tools.

Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
