• Supporting recruitment and interview coordination ,
• Assisting with onboarding processes and ensuring accurate HR documentation ,
• Maintaining employee records and generating reports ,
• Providing administrative support to the HR team in daily activities ,
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth HR operations ,
• Demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills ,
• Upholding confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee information ,
• Showing eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges ,
• Building a continuous learning mindset to grow within the HR field" ,
• Contributing to the improvement of HR processes and workflows
