- Support the preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR documents
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist with employee onboarding and induction activities
- Help organize employee files and maintain attendance records
- Support payroll data preparation and leave record updates
- Respond to basic employee queries and provide administrative support
- Assist the HR team with other day to day HR and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of HR processes; familiarity with UAE Labour Law is an advantage
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and maintain confidentiality

Job Summary

Pay
- Pay: AED1,000.00 AED1,500.00 per month
