- Manage day to day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities
- Monitor and manage employee attendance and leave administration
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and compliant
- Foster positive employee relations and support conflict resolution
- Develop and maintain organizational charts (organograms)
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and ensure timely payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with MOHRE regulations and UAE labor laws
- Support HR policy implementation and continuous process improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of MOHRE regulations and UAE labor laws
- Hands on experience in HR operations, payroll coordination, employee relations, and attendance management
- Experience working with ODOO ERP/HRMS
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
