Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, virtualization, and security systems
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers, Hyper V environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file servers
- Configure and administer firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs, and network security solutions
- Perform regular maintenance and health checks on servers, networking equipment, and communication systems
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure
- Provide end user technical support for hardware, software, printers, attendance systems, Microsoft 365, and business applications
- Maintain IT asset inventory, licensing, and documentation
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and respond promptly to security incidents
- Assist with disaster recovery planning, backups, system upgrades, and IT compliance initiatives
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules using Python and the Odoo Framework
- Support and enhance modules including Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM, HR, Payroll, and related business applications
- Design custom workflows, business logic, automation, reports, email templates, and integrations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, or Network Management
- Hands on experience with Odoo ERP development and customization using Python
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration, Hyper V, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange/Microsoft 365, SAN Storage, networking, and firewall management
- Experience with PostgreSQL, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, Git, and Linux environments
- Knowledge of Odoo ERP modules and business processes
- Experience with Docker, Nginx, cloud infrastructure, or ERP deployments is an added advantage

- The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in IT infrastructure management along with hands on expertise in Odoo ERP development, customization, and support.

- Work closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical support and user training for Odoo ERP.
- Maintain development documentation and follow software development best practices.
Requirements
