HR Generalist

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. • 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or similar role. • Familiarity with HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. • Experience supporting multi-site or field-based operations preferred. • Highly responsible, reliable, and able to manage confidential information. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS and timekeeping systems (ADP/UKG preferred).
• PHYSICAL/MENTAL/ENVIRONMENTAL: Physical Demands: Activities: Sitting – 85% Walking/Standing – 15% Lifting: Must be able to lift and carry up to 10lbs. Vision: Long periods of close work on computer screen. Travel: Occasional travel (up to 10%) may be required to IEM manufacturing facilities, regional field offices and vendor sites. Mental Demands: Interpret, analyze, research and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Environment: Work duties will be performed primarily in an office setting, with occasional travel to field/site locations as needed.
