Experience and qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role covering recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
- Experience processing UAE payroll and WPS.
- Working knowledge of UAE labour law and related regulations.
- Familiarity with ERP workflows, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Advanced Excel and full Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Experience or a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Language requirements
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Tagalog fluency is preferred.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 3,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is performed in person.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment activities as part of the generalist HR function.
- Process payroll, including UAE payroll and WPS activities.
- Handle employee relations matters.
