Role Overview
Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced organisation.
Work closely with employees, managers, and the HR team to deliver efficient HR services.
The role requires 2–3 years of experience and is based in Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment from job posting and candidate screening through interview coordination and offer preparation.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and provide assistance to employees and managers.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and documentation.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and related HR records.
- Support payroll preparation with employee and attendance-related information.
- Coordinate employee benefits, insurance, and other HR administration.
- Act as the first point of contact for general employee HR queries.
- Support employees with HR policies, procedures, benefits, leave, attendance, and other HR matters.
- Support compliance with MOHRE requirements and company HR policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
