Support the employee lifecycle, daily personnel operations and a positive work culture.
Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, government-relations coordination and administrative HR tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Four to five years of generalist HR experience in Dubai.
- Strong, proven understanding of UAE labor laws and MOHRE portals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS.
- English and Hindi language skills are mandatory.
Pay
- The stated pay is AED 6,000 to AED 7,000 per month.

Work Location
- Work location is in person.
- Candidates should be able to reliably commute to Dubai or plan to relocate before starting.
