About the Role
RE/MAX Smart Concept is seeking an experienced HR Executive – People & Culture with 5+ years of UAE HR experience, including payroll, PRO activities, and employee relations. Must be an Arabic speaker based in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and HR administration
- Handle attendance, leave management, and monthly payroll processing
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and other employee related documents
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and UAE Labour Law
- Support employee relations, grievance handling, and day to day HR support
- Coordinate PRO activities including visa processing and government related formalities
- Maintain employee records and support overall HR operations
Requirements
- Arabic nationality or Arabic speaker preferred
- Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
- Previous experience as an HR Admin, PRO in the UAE is required
- Strong knowledge of Offer letters, HR Policies, Attendance management, Documentation, UAE labour, immigration, and government procedures
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential documents professionally
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience

Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced HR Executive – People & Culture to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing end to end HR functions and day to day HR operations, Employee Engagement, HR Initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Salary
- Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
