Job Summary

  • We are seeking a hands on HR Executive with 3–5 years of UAE experience to manage end to end HR operations for our manufacturing unit of ~100 employees. You’ll handle recruitment, HR ops, employee relations, payroll coordination, and ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Workforce Planning: End to end hiring for blue collar, technicians, and office staff. Source via portals, referrals, and local networks. Ensure timely hiring to meet production needs.
  • Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle: Prepare contracts, manage joining/exit formalities, track probation/confirmations, conduct exit interviews.
  • HR Operations: Maintain employee records, manage attendance, shift schedules, leave, and overtime using Odoo ERP or similar HRMS. Issue HR letters, NOCs, warnings.
  • Payroll Coordination: Support monthly payroll for ~100 employees. Validate timesheets, OT, deductions, and coordinate with Finance for timely salary processing.
  • Employee Relations: Address grievances and disciplinary matters for factory staff. Drive engagement and maintain positive IR climate on the shop floor.
  • UAE Compliance: Ensure adherence to UAE Labour Law & MOHRE rules. Handle visa processing, labour cards, Emirates ID renewals, and audits.
  • Performance & Training: Assist in appraisals and maintain training records for safety, compliance, and technical skills. Coordinate onboarding safety training.
  • HR Reporting: Prepare monthly reports on attendance, OT, recruitment, and turnover metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years of HR experience in UAE, preferably in manufacturing/construction
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and blue collar workforce handling
  • Hands on experience with HRMS/ERP systems – Odoo preferred
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office
  • Languages: Fluent English mandatory; Hindi/Urdu preferred for workforce communication
  • Currently based in UAE with valid visa and ready to join immediately preferred
  • Key Skills: Organized, multitasker, strong interpersonal skills, able to work in fast paced factory environment with blue collar staff.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month + Benefits as per UAE Law
