About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage end to end hiring for blue collar, technicians, and office staff
- Prepare contracts, manage joining/exit formalities, track probation/confirmations, conduct exit interviews
- Maintain employee records, manage attendance, shift schedules, leave, and overtime using Odoo ERP
- Support monthly payroll for ~100 employees, validate timesheets, OT, deductions, coordinate with Finance
- Address grievances and disciplinary matters for factory staff
- Ensure adherence to UAE Labour Law & MOHRE rules, handle visa processing, labour cards, Emirates ID renewals
- Assist in appraisals and maintain training records for safety, compliance, and technical skills
- Prepare monthly reports on attendance, OT, recruitment, and turnover metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 5 years of HR experience in UAE, preferably in manufacturing/construction
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and blue collar workforce handling
- Hands on experience with HRMS/ERP systems – Odoo preferred
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office
- Fluent English mandatory; Hindi/Urdu preferred
- Currently based in UAE with valid visa and ready to join immediately preferred

Job Summary

Qualifications & Requirements

Salary
- AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month + Benefits as per UAE Law
