- Manage end to end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files accurately
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll related activities
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR related matters
- Organize employee engagement programs, training sessions, and performance review activities
- Prepare HR reports, employment contracts, and other HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
- Support management in workforce planning and talent development initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR management software
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
