Role overview
The employer is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive who can independently manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR administration.
Recruitment
- Identify staffing needs and define job descriptions, required skills, and competencies.
- Attract candidates through job portals and platforms and shortlist them using objective screening methods.
- Conduct or facilitate interviews, complete background and reference checks, and negotiate and finalize employment contracts.
Induction and training
- Design, implement, and manage systems, processes, and materials for employee induction, onboarding, and training.
- Bring newly recruited employees to productivity and performance as quickly as possible.
Performance management
- Set KRAs and KPIs with employees in line with organizational objectives and directions.
- Conduct objective performance appraisals at defined intervals and facilitate training and development.
- Support employee morale, growth, and active performance evaluation and management.
