Job Summary
Develop new business and drive sales growth for interior design, fit-out, renovation, and interior transformation projects.
Support the company in securing residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
Business Development and Client Management
- Identify and generate opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality interior design and fit-out sectors.
- Source leads through networking, referrals, market research, and industry contacts.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective projects and clients.
- Build relationships with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams on suitable solutions.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations and maintain communication throughout the sales process.
Market Research and Proposals
- Research industry trends, competitor activity, market developments, and potential opportunities.
- Identify market segments, project opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams on proposals, quotations, presentations, and project pitches.
- Participate in commercial negotiations and ensure proposals are submitted within required timelines.
