HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and professional roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
• Coordinate hiring manager interviews and selection activities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Support bulk hiring campaigns and campus recruitment initiatives.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics.
• Coordinate pre-joining activities and onboarding of new employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is an advantage.
